Jacob and Caitlin are collectors of people. Jacob collects them in candid photographs and Caitlin collects them by sketching their likenesses in chalk. They have been secretly watching each other every week at the farmers' market as they create their work. Every week they dream of making a connection and yet every week Jacob tries, but ultimately shies away from approaching Caitlin at the very last moment. When Adelpha, an elderly tomato seller and friend, starts giving them both knowing advice and nudges them towards taking a risk, Jacob and Caitlin will have to decide if they are ready to take that first monumental step.
